Work Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:30 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team in Bandra. This role involves assisting the General Manager, managing and converting leads, counselling students for overseas education, and coordinating university tie-ups. Candidates with prior experience in study abroad counselling and basic knowledge of at least 3-4 countries (like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager with daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Handle incoming leads, make follow-up calls, and ensure high conversion rates.
• Conduct student counselling sessions for overseas education programs.
• Guide students through the application and admission process, including documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with international universities and institutions.
• Take part in promotional activities and university tie-ups.
• Keep the CRM system updated with accurate student and lead information.
• Meet monthly counselling, conversion, and engagement targets.
• Participate in

  institutional marketing activities

  such as conducting seminars, workshops, and awareness drives in schools and colleges to promote Aliffs services.
• Coordinate and execute

  channel partner marketing activities

  , including engagement with education agents and referral networks to increase outreach and lead flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in overseas education or admissions counselling preferred.
• Knowledge of at least 3-4 study abroad destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling student and parent interactions.
• Familiarity with admission processes, visa requirements, and timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work from our Bandra office.
