Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Counselor. The Counselor will guide students through the process of selecting and applying to international educational programs. They will assist with application procedures, provide visa counseling, conduct orientation sessions, and support students with pre-departure preparations. The role entails maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, ensuring compliance with admission requirements, and establishing strong relationships with students and partner institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling, student support, or educational consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to use counseling software and tools
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience with visa counseling and pre-departure orientation is a plus
