Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students/parents in

  Gujarati

  or

  Kannada

  language.
• Guide students regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
• Address student queries and provide accurate information about admission processes, curriculum, and policies.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while resolving concerns.
• Update and manage student interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly counselling targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, academic, operations) to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).

• Fluency in Gujarati / Kannada (speaking & understanding is mandatory).

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or education sector will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
