The Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) is a key customer-facing role responsible for counseling prospective students, facilitating enrollments, and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. The SSAO plays a critical role in guiding students and parents through their journey at Aakash, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales and admission targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective counselingvia in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Ensure timely fee collection by following up with parents. Manage the complete student lifecycle, including enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing support.
