Job Description

 

As a Senior Investment Counselor, you will be responsible for converting leads into active clients through effective communication, need analysis, and presentation of Fynocrats research-backed stock market products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the companys sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

 

Ksy Rssponsibilitiss

  • Engage with leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients through consultative discussions.

 

  • Understand clients investment goals, risk appetite, and financial preferences to recommend suitable Fynocrat research products.

 

  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

 

  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure continuous

 

  • Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records

 

  • Coordinate with the Research and Customer Service teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.

 

  • Stay updated with market trends, equity research insights, and product developments to effectively communicate Fynocrats value proposition.

 

  • Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations and Fynocrats internal compliance policies during every client interaction.
