- Job Responsibility
- To handle the day-to-day activities of Process equipment and its related Works.
- To attend to the breakdown of equipment and resolve it in minimum time to ensure fewer losses.
- Coordination with external agencies if required to rectify the breakdowns.
- To attend breakdowns related to automation, instrumentation, electrical and mechanical works.
- Prepare work order reports and ensure completion of the activity as per the requirements and specified
timelines.
- To ensure the execution of activity as per regulatory standards with the current Good Manufacturing
Practices.
- Preparation, execution, and monitoring of the Preventive maintenance of plant Equipment.
- To check and daily update the Preventive Maintenance status.
- To Support Plant operations for Engineering & production.
- To ensure smooth operation of Plant machinery.
- To support the team for validations & revalidations of all areas and equipment available at the site.
- To ensure compliance with the Quality management system.
- Initiation and closure of the Change controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and Breakdowns.
- Preparation of Monthly trends.
- To prepare, review, verify, and follow SOPs.
- Direct installation and alterations of machinery, and equipment as per sop and change control or CAPA.
- To submit daily reports of daily activities to Process Maintenance in charge.
- To monitor the safety in the execution of projects and maintenance activities in smooth condition.
- Maintaining equipment critical spares and availability on site.
- To perform any job allocated by the head of engineering/superior.
- To keep track of the consumption of materials procured and their reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Day-to-day activity job allocation to Technicians.
- To follow and ensure the safety rules and regulations in the plant.
Qualifications
Qualification- Minimum B.E / B. tech in Electrical & instrumentation , Electronics & communications ,
