Job Description :

Were looking for a Strategy Lead, Key Client to work from our client s office in Banergatta, Bangalore. The candidate should be experienced in managing key stakeholders and should have a holistic understanding of digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance marketing, and a track record of driving top notch client management practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Liaison with the client for all strategic initiatives within digital marketing and related domains that align with overall business objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency along with ensuring immaculate project delivery
Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and technologies which can aid the client to deliver scale and / or efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation
Effectively manage client expectations and address any concerns or challenges. Bring together the account team to drive client objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of account managers at the agency, ensuring their performance meets expectations and client needs.
Delegate tasks effectively & provide clear direction to the team with regards to desired outcomes and client expectations.

You are fit for the role if you are someone with / has:

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing (managed digital spends upwards of 20 Cr+ in a year)
Proven experience managing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including but not restricted to Google, Meta, DV360)
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics4, MMPs, etc.)
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Has demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in his/her previous experience.
