Position: SRAM Memory Circuit Design

Location: Remote, India

Employment Type: Long Term Contract

Minimum Experience: 7 Years+

We are seeking a highly experienced SRAM Memory Circuit Design Engineer with deep expertise in full-custom memory architectures and design methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership of design execution, quality processes, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of SRAM compilers and custom memory architectures.
• Perform full-custom memory circuit design, including schematics, characterization, timing, power analysis, and optimization.
• Drive layout design, review, and validation, ensuring high-quality physical implementation.
• Develop and validate netlists, perform end-to-end verification covering schematic and layout-level checks.
• Execute complete SRAM verification, including functional, electrical, and physical verification across corners.
• Prepare and publish detailed Execution Plans, Quality Plans, and DFMEA documents.
• Report project progress through health dashboards, proactively identifying risks and defining mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including layout, characterization, and validation engineers.
• Ensure delivery of clean, high-quality memory IP meeting PPA and signoff criteria.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SRAM compiler design and custom memory IP development.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Full-custom SRAM design & architecture
• Memory characterization
• Layout design, LVS/DRC closure
• Netlist generation and memory modeling
• Comprehensive SRAM verification across design and layout
• Expertise in industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence/Virtuoso, Spectre, Calibre, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design quality processes, DFMEA, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
