Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage
Zuora Billing
for subscription lifecycle and pricing.
Oversee
invoice generation, validation, adjustments, and reconciliation
.
Ensure
timely and accurate billing cycles
, payment runs, and dunning processes.
Resolve
invoice discrepancies, credit memos, and refunds
in coordination with Finance.
Maintain and optimize
invoice templates
and billing workflows.
Support integrations between
Zuora, Salesforce, and ERP systems
.
Prepare documentation and assist in testing/upgrades for system changes

Required Skills:

Zuora Certified (Billing or Platform)
mandatory.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in
Zuora Billing & Invoicing
.
Deep understanding of
billing workflows, invoice processes, and subscription management
.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Zuora integrations (Salesforce/ERP).
