We’re looking for a Senior US Technical Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing, in hiring for W2 positions within the engineering domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 candidates across multiple engineering roles.

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.

• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and project needs.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

• Evaluate technical skills in areas such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and more

• Maintain and manage pipelines for multiple active roles

• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with all US employment and W2 hiring regulations.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in US IT staffing and technical recruitment, with strong focus on W2 hiring.

• Proven success recruiting for engineering roles, especially in the automotive industry.

• Proficiency with sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems

• Deep understanding of technical skillsets and IT job functions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of US recruitment platforms (Dice, LinkedIn etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with visa classifications and compliance in W2 hiring.
