Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes, who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for our US-based clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates).
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 positions across various IT technologies.
• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and compensation expectations.
• Negotiate salaries and close candidates within the assigned budget and timelines.
• Maintain candidate tracking and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate relationships.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and vendors.

Required Skills:

• 4–7 years of proven US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience working in EST (night) shifts.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
