Work Location: 404, 4th Floor, Aditya Trade Center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad – 500038
Work Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM IST (US Shift)
Experience Required: 3+ Years in US IT Recruitment
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment (W2 roles)
Strong understanding of US IT roles, skills, and technical terminology
Hands-on experience with ATS and various sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team environment
Passionate about recruitment and creative in attracting top talent
Prior experience working night shifts aligned with US business hours
