We are looking for a motivated and passionate US IT Recruiter to join our growing team at Narvee Tech Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and excel in the US staffing industry within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various IT positions in the US market.

Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.

Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with client requirements.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and follow up on feedback.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle (W2, 1099, C2C).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible to work in night shifts (aligned with CST time zone).
