Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Lead to build and lead our Pre-Sales function. This role involves setting up processes, managing a small team, and driving execution and reporting. You will take over and lead an existing 2-member team working on Federal (Fed) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and streamline Pre-Sales processes and best practices
• Lead execution of lead generation, client engagement, and proposal support
• Manage and mentor a 2-member team
• Prepare regular reports and performance insights
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality support for Federal (Fed) project initiatives

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Pre-Sales or related roles
• Proven experience in process setup and team management
• Strong skills in reporting and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with Federal clients/projects is a plus
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
