We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executives (Female) to join our dynamic real estate sales team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and initial sales discussions. Your role is critical in creating a positive first impression and setting the foundation for successful property sales. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries from various channels (calls, website, social media, walk-ins, events). Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Maintain and update lead database and follow up regularly with prospects. Coordinate site visits and ensure timely communication between clients and the sales team. Schedule appointments for property visits and assist clients during the initial stages of the sales cycle. Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional and friendly interactions. Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events to generate new leads. Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed. Key Requirements: Female candidates only, preferably between 20–35 years old. Good communication skills in English , Hindi and local language. Friendly, confident, and presentable personality. Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage. Fresh experience in real estate or customer service is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, Agreement's and phone/email communication. Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours if required.
