Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Tasks include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site workers, conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and reporting on project progress to management. Qualifications Proven experience in project management and site supervision Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency in project management software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in the interior design or home renovation industry is a plus
