We are now looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team and be the first point of contact for our clients. Job Role & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound client inquiries for interior design services. Explain company services, USPs (10-year warranty, on-time delivery, modular work, etc.), and project process to potential clients. Identify client requirements, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales/design team. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking tools. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
