Job Description

As a Sales and Operational Manager, your primary role is to achieve state sales targets for fuel and non-fuel products through all the ROs within the state. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of fuel operational processes and statutory compliances, as well as closing audit deviations to maintain seamless operations within the RO network. Key Responsibilities: - Assessing RIL performance within the industry and analyzing competitive positions based on network, pricing, customer communication, and service. - Devising and implementing action plans to achieve set state sales targets and secure a market leader position in all trading areas with an ME>=3.5. - Managing channel development effectively by motivating the channel team, resolving concerns in a timely manner, and appointing suitable channel partners for fuel and non-fuel targets. - Analyzing the trading area dynamics in terms of competition, traffic movement, and customer fuelling patterns to maximize sales at the RO. - Implementing sales promotions and customer communication initiatives to drive sales maximization and support customer acquisition and retention efforts. - Ensuring operational compliance by implementing OMS and fuel operational SOPs at all ROs in the state. - Anchoring the sustenance of Q&Q value proposition across all ROs and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and statutes. - Coordinating with various stakeholders at state, S&D, FC&A, and HO levels to ensure Q&Q compliance throughout the supply chain. - Maintaining boundary management by liaising with external agencies and representing the company to prevent adverse legal actions. Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in channel management, negotiation, customer handling, and stakeholder management. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Education: - MBA in Marketing or BE in any Engineering field. Experience: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in channel management, channel sales, and retail operations.,
