Job description Key Responsibilities: Tender Search: Research and identify suitable tenders from various portals, government websites and other relevant sources. Tender Matching: Review tender specifications and match them with the company's services/products to ensure alignment with business objectives. Database Management: Maintain and update the tender tracking system with new tenders and opportunities. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on tender opportunities, highlighting critical deadlines, qualification requirements, and submission criteria. Tender Alerts: Set up alerts and notifications for relevant tenders and business opportunities. Liaison with Team: Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, legal, finance) to ensure that all necessary documents are available for tender submissions. Compliance Check: Ensure that all tenders are reviewed for compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements. Tender Submission Support: Assist in preparing documents and submissions for tenders, including drafting or compiling required documentation. Trend Analysis: Analyze trends in the tender market and keep the team informed about potential opportunities in target markets. Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients vendors, and other stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT ,Computer Science or any relevant field Proven experience in tender search and documentation. Familiarity with tendering processes, portals, and systems. Ability to analyze and assess tender documents for compliance. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of relevant industries or sectors is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
