Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant government tenders (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals).
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender specifications.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal) for required inputs.
Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation.
Maintain and update a database of all submitted tenders and outcomes.
Follow up on tender results, contract awards, and negotiations.
Handle post-tender activities like vendor registration, clarification submissions, etc.
Ensure compliance with government procurement norms and company policies.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of government e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPP, etc.)
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and documentation
Familiarity with commercial and legal aspects of tendering
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
