The Telecaller/Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding dues from clients. He has to maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely and effective payment recovery. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
