Job Description

The Sr. Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and mentoring junior telecallers. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the capability to meet sales

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up system.
No targets with good incentive .
Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM systems.
Guide and train junior telecallers for better performance.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Report daily performance and feedback to the team leader .
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during calls

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales executive.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
