We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can own and drive our hiring strategy, specifically tailored for product and technology talent. This is a strategic, individual contributor role suited for someone who has worked in fast-paced product-based environments and can handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Primary/Mandate Skills:

8 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a strong track record in product-based companies.
Proven success in hiring across roles and levels
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills creative and proactive in finding top talent.
Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, engineering roles, and startup dynamics.
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, employee referrals, Naukri, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
