Job Description

Job Title: Executive Training & Support
Department: Business Development (Startup & Training)
Location: Rajarhat, West Bengal
Experience Required: At least 1 year
Salary: Around 15,000 per th

Job Sum y:
This role is mainly about helping the BD team with training, onboarding, and daily support. It s a mix of explaining things to new users, keeping track of basic documents, and making sure people understand how the startup s services or products actually work. If someone enjoys working with people and doesn t mind learning new processes on the go, they ll fit in quite well.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting training sessions for new clients or internal team members.
Provide day-to-day support to users and help them troubleshoot simple issues.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for follow-ups, demos, and onboarding tasks.
Maintain training materials, track attendance, and up any changes in the process.
Help new customers understand the product features in a clear, simple way.
Prepare small reports or up for the BD team whenever required.
Work closely with the Startup & Training team to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Skills Required:

Comfortable explaining things in a simple and endly way.
Basic communication and presentation skills.
Ability to pick up product knowledge quickly.
Good with basic computer operations (Excel, emails, documentation, etc.).
Willingness to support team members and handle multiple small tasks.

Qualification:

Minimum graduation (any stream).
Additional training or internship experience in BD/Support would be helpful.
