Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management Source candidates for factory and office roles through online platforms, field sourcing, industry networks, and referral programs. Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline for labour, skilled workers, technicians, and administrative roles. Conduct market mapping of local talent pools. 2. Job Posting & Advertising Draft and publish job postings across job portals, social media, community groups, and physical locations as relevant. Ensure employer branding is consistently represented across hiring channels. 3. Screening & Interviews Conduct initial screenings, shortlisting, and competency-based interviews. Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers. Administer basic skill tests for technical and labour roles where required. 4. Field Recruitment Perform on-ground sourcing through job fairs, vocational institutes, local communities, and labour hubs. Build relationships with technical training centres and manpower suppliers. 5. Hiring & Onboarding Manage offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Ensure smooth handover to HR and operations. Preferred candidate profile : 38 years recruitment experience, strong network in Jaipur/Rajasthan Skilled in blue-collar and white-collar hiring, proactive, field-ready, independent worker.
