Proven success in hiring across roles and levels Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills - creative and proactive in finding top talent. Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, engineering roles, and startup dynamics. Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, employee referrals, Naukri, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently.
