- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business
requirements. - Ability to assess complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable
requirements. - Perform requirements analysis and assist in prioritizing them based on business needs.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and vice
versa. - Proactively analyze and identify business processes that can be streamlined or
automated. - Analyze and evaluate existing systems and business processes to identify areas of
improvement. - Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications,
and Use Cases to translate business needs into actionable system requirements and ensure accuracy in documentation, system requirements, and design. - Prepare flowcharts, wireframes, data flow diagrams (DFD), and prototypes to
communicate system design and business processes. - Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team to ensure
proper implementation of solutions. - Oversee system integration efforts and ensure that new or modified systems are aligned
with other business systems. - Manage and facilitate change requests and modifications to existing systems and ensure
that all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

- Requirement Gathering & Documentation Expertise in creating BRD, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
- Business Process Analysis & Optimization Ability to analyze, evaluate, and improve business processes using tools like Visio, Lucidchart.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Strong skills in translating technical concepts for business teams and vice versa.
- Agile & Project Management Tools Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence for tracking requirements and managing workflows.
- Wireframing & Prototyping Experience with Balsamiq, Axure, or Figma for designing user interfaces and system flows.
