About the Role:

JK Lucent is hiring a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of enterprise-grade web applications from our Infopark Koratty delivery centre. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role where you will architect scalable backend systems, deliver high-quality Angular frontends, and work closely with UI/UX and DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and agile principles.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Java/JEE and Spring Boot backend services.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Redis).
• Oversee the design and implementation of front-end applications using Angular (v8–v14+), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like JQuery, Bootstrap, and GWT.
• Coordinate with UI/UX teams to translate requirements and wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
• Manage release cycles, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, and Docker.
• Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices (Spring Security, JWT, OAuth2).
• Facilitate technical workshops, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen team skills.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Java, JEE, and Spring Boot.
• Proven expertise in Angular (8+), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Solid experience with database design and development (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, PL/SQL).
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate, JOOQ, Spring Data JPA, QueryDSL, and ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Maven, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹882,241.30 - ₹1,841,435.16 per year

• Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
