Sr. Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at our growing organization in Indore, you will play a crucial role in both frontend and backend development. Your strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and server-side languages will be essential to contribute effectively to our projects. Your responsibilities will include planning technical specifications, collaborating with Project Managers and clients, directing the development team, writing efficient code, and leading code reviews. Additionally, you will be analyzing technology needs, planning project feasibility, staying updated on software deployment, and mentoring junior developers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design. - Collaborate with Project Managers & clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Direct the development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications. - Write testable, scalable, and efficient code, and lead code reviews. - Analyze technology needs and market demand to assess project feasibility. - Design, develop, and test applications following established standards. - Stay updated on challenges and opportunities in software deployment. - Lead, monitor, and supervise teams of junior developers. - Independently propose new ideas. **Skills And Qualifications:** - Solid knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and at least one top component-based JavaScript framework like Vue, React, or Angular. - Strong coding experience in backend development with Node.js. - Willingness to learn new technologies as required. - Sufficient understanding of end-to-end software development and web applications. - Experience with CI/CD and server monitoring. - Stay informed about web applications and programming languages developments. - Familiarity with Rest API, Full stack development (Node.js, Angular, React, Android, iOS, React Native), Microservices, and database schema design. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a technical leadership role. - Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in project management. - Excellent command of spoken and written English for communication with US-based customers.,
