Sr. Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at our growing organization, your role will involve analyzing technology, gathering resources, and conducting market research to assess project feasibility. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising a team of associate developers to facilitate their learning and career growth within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design. - Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the development team. - Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications. - Write testable, scalable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews. - Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to evaluate project feasibility. - Develop and test applications following established standards. - Keep abreast of challenges and opportunities in software development and deployment. - Lead, monitor, and supervise teams of junior developers. - Propose and implement new ideas independently. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and at least one of the top component-based JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular. - Proficient in coding with Node.js for backend development. - Willingness to learn new technologies. - Understanding of end-to-end software development and web applications. - Experience with CI/CD processes and server monitoring. - Stay updated on web application developments and programming languages. - Familiarity with Rest API, Full stack technologies (Node.js, Angular, React, Android, iOS, React Native), Microservices, and database schema design. In addition, as a preferred qualification, prior experience in a technical leadership role, a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent practical experience, experience in project management, and excellent command over spoken and written English for effective communication with US-based customers are desired.,
