Sales & Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for understanding client needs and creating informative presentations to pitch products and services. This will involve presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings. Additionally, you will be required to generate new business by reaching out to potential clients via calls and emails. As a sales professional, you will prepare and deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations, track sales targets, and document sales performance metrics. You will also need to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and follow-up calls. Another key aspect of the role will be setting up appointments between potential customers and sales representatives. Collaborating with the business development team, you will brainstorm to create new project strategies. You will be expected to describe the benefits and discuss the pros and cons of various competing products or services. Furthermore, you will analyze industry trends to ensure competitiveness and maintain accurate forecasts. Managing the pipeline with detailed notes and follow-ups will be crucial to your success in this role. You will need to develop a strong pipeline, achieve revenue targets, and coordinate with the Product, Operations, and Marketing teams. Cold-calling to generate new business leads, create interest in products and services, and arrange meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, or Marketing (Master's degree preferred) is required. Strong communication and emailing skills are essential, along with a metrics-driven marketing mindset and a creative eye. You must have more than 1 year of experience in IT sales and the ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities. In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, industry trends, and innovation is necessary. Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns, proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy, and strong project management skills are also key requirements.
