Sr Team Member - Wireless & Wireline Project Implementation

Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

Shall be responsible for managing theprojects for agile delivery of concurrent network implementation & customerdelivery projects across Fibre Technologies with PMO governance & project execution support

Major Activities & Responsibilities

Project Management & PMO

Manage end-to-end project managementfrom business case preparation to planning to execution to closure to achievethe project goals of scope, time, cost & quality
Conduct periodic updates and reviews to ensure project stays on track anddelays are managed to ensure appropriate jeopardy and risk management.Develop, maintain & publish dashboards & reports on a regular basis toall stakeholders about progress, adjustments & strategyDrive mitigation of delivery issues & timelines through effectiveescalation with cross-functional teams & senior managementDrive implementation of industry best practices, techniques and standards forcontinuous improvement of project executionResponsible for periodic DashboardsMaintain relevant project related documents for future references

Project Execution Support

Manage necessary communication withinternal suppliers - Deployment, SCM, Finance, HR, Operations to ensuresmooth functioning of material management, invoicing & payments, contractresource administration & other project support processes

Manage necessary communication withexternal suppliers Material partners (OEM), Service partners (SystemIntegrators), Manpower agencies by assigning tasks & communicatingexpected deliverables pertaining to key parameters like on-time deliveries,quality adherence & administrative requirements

Implement necessary checks &balances to ensure that project deliveries are also in line with safety,quality, audit & compliance obligations of internal/externalcustomers/agencies

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree -Telecommunications /Electronics / Computer Science

Project Management Professional (PMP) /PRINCE2 Certification
Work Experience - Domain

Experience in Wireline (OSP/IBD) Fibredomain
Proven ability of successfully handling Network Deployment projectsWorking knowledge / exposure of support functions (Finance, SCM) &operations teamsExperience of operating in Matrix Project team structure

Familiarity with project managementsoftware tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PM methodologies, TL9000 and other bestpractices
