Job Description

As a Manufacturing Manager at Pfizer, your role will involve overseeing the manufacturing of sterile dosage products. You will be responsible for various key activities including: - Facilitating investigation processes, proposing and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Demonstrating knowledge of DMAIC and ALCOA principles. - Managing equipment, technologies, and unit operations involved in liquid injectable manufacturing. - Engaging and inspiring the team to meet performance expectations and coaching them using Coaching Skill principles. - Overseeing critical area management and governing clean room behavior and practices. - Implementing process and cleaning equipment validation principles. - Driving process development, simplification, continuous improvement projects, and technology transfer activities. - Maintaining production areas in readiness for audits and inspections. - Applying production concepts such as capacity planning, production scheduling, line balancing, and inventory management. - Managing manufacturing areas with a focus on environment monitoring, personal health, and hygiene. - Implementing quality management systems, conducting investigations, and suggesting CAPA. - Supporting human resources function in recruitment and onboarding. - Ensuring Good Data Management and Data integrity understanding and performance of the team. - Planning daily batch execution activities with micro-scheduling and work allocation. - Optimally deploying manpower and providing on-the-job training for new employees. - Minimizing downtime during operations to improve run time efficiency. - Supervising preliminary troubleshooting for the fill finish line. Additionally, your role may require the following qualifications: Qualifications Must-Have: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmaceutical or any Science stream. - Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing of sterile dosage. - Strong interpersonal skills.
