Role Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Team Lead (Tech) to head our engineering teams across PHP, MERN, and Mobile development stacks while also contributing to our AI/ML initiatives.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with project management, client engagement, and talent building. The right candidate will drive best practices, ensure high-quality deliveries, help the sales team in winning new projects, and play a key role in building scalable, future-ready solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

• Lead development teams across PHP, MERN, and Mobile technologies.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Support early-stage AI/ML projects and integrate emerging technologies where relevant.

Project & Delivery Management

• Assist the sales and business teams with project estimation, technical proposals, and solutioning to win new client projects.
• Manage sprint planning, workload allocation, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and timely delivery of all projects.

Team Leadership & Growth

• Mentor and guide developers, enhancing their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Take a proactive role in interviewing, hiring, and building strong technical teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Present proposals and technical recommendations confidently with excellent communication skills.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions as a technical consultant to support business growth.

Innovation & Future Readiness

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools, frameworks, and practices.
• Play an active role in the company’s journey into AI/ML and Cloud-native applications.
• Proactively identify risks and propose solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in software development with at least 3–4 years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.) and MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Good understanding of Mobile technologies (Android, iOS, or cross-platform like React Native/Flutter).
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and integrations.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 10–25 developers.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
• Experience in project estimation and proposal creation to support sales/business teams.
• Proactive in interviewing, hiring, and team building to attract and retain the right talent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead / Engineering Manager in a software services company.
• Exposure to international client engagements.
• Strong problem-solving and architecture design capabilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
