About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who thrives on solving hiring challenges and can independently drive high-quality technical recruitment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to hire top-tier talent across a wide range of IT and digital positions. Your ability to understand niche requirements, leverage modern sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate relationships will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of US-based technical roles, ensuring strong talent identification, effective screening, and timely closures across multiple skill areas and seniority levels.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team fit.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods—including AI tools, job portals, social platforms, communities, and Boolean search—to identify and engage top talent.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical capability, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, salary discussions, and offer closures.
  • Stay informed about US hiring trends, market availability, competitive salaries, and emerging skills in the tech landscape.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance candidate quality, reduce turnaround time, and strengthen the overall hiring function.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment with a strong track record of hiring across technical roles.
  • Solid understanding of both development and non-development positions within the tech ecosystem.
  • Proficiency using AI-driven sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple open roles, and meet fast-paced targets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
