Job Description

Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor critical activities and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Ensure workmanship and materials meet the required quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and tests as per QA/QC plan.
Coordinate with quality engineers or consultants for third-party inspections.
Identify and correct any defects or deviations.
Supervise and guide site workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
Allocate manpower effectively based on daily work targets.
Monitor productivity and discipline of workers.
Evaluate subcontractor performance and report issues.
Track daily site progress and ensure work is on schedule.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Highlight delays or risks to the Project Manager promptly.
Document work progress with photographs and checklists.
