Sr Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a Solution Engineer at Tata Communications, your role involves providing support for solution design, development, and implementation for specific business opportunities in areas such as Network/SDWAN/Cloud & Security/Unified Collaboration/Mobility & IoT/other domains. You may lead important projects by offering guidance to project team members and ensuring the delivery of quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will directly impact solution engineering for the assigned account/business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide solutioning support to sales teams in the region/function. - Support bid team in preparing responses to technical aspects of RFP. - Understand pricing mechanisms and assist sales team in building commercial inputs. - Prepare technical sales materials like collateral, quotation, timeline, project plan, and solution proposals. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to create necessary solutions for service enhancement. - Develop Use cases and BOQ documents. - Offer L4 support to Operations for design or recurring issues requiring Engineering intervention. - Conduct POC, demos based on customer requirements, design migration plans, and support project management in creating implementation plans. - Engage in periodic sessions with identified partners to grasp new product features and align with customer benefits and product roadmap. Qualification Required: - Ability to understand business goals and align them with technical requirements. - Exposure to working on RFP cases. - Knowledge of creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). - Strong understanding of use cases and the ability to devise solutions accordingly. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio). - Understanding of technology and services relevant to the domain.,
