Sr. Solution Architect

**Role Overview:** As the lead functional consultant for Blue Yonder Transportation Management Systems solution implementations, your core responsibilities include designing best-in-class solutions for global customers. You will work with a suite of products in the Transportation Management space and stay up-to-date with the latest product innovations. Acting as the functional liaison, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the final solution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions using industry best practices and process methodologies. - Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver Blue Yonder solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes effectively. - Lead solution design, construct validation tasks, and manage timelines. - Guide system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases for a seamless transition to steady-state associates. - Maintain a balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to achieve successful time-to-value and customer satisfaction. - Identify business needs outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, and recognize incremental revenue opportunities. - Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - 10 to 16 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain. - Minimum 5 years of specific experience with Blue Yonder's Transportation Management Systems, either as a customer or as a consultant implementing solutions. - Experience with the software development life cycle and end-to-end IT project implementations, having been a core member of at least 3 IT projects. - Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan, or SAP is a plus. - Previous experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is preferred.
