As a Senior Solution Architect at McCain Foods (India) P Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the data platform team by providing technical leadership and direction in Microsoft technologies like SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse Analytics. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will also mentor developers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in architectural decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical leadership and direction for the data platform team, focusing on Microsoft technologies like SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse Analytics. - Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex, scalable, and high-performing web applications. - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in technologies. - Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Participate in architectural decisions, define the technical roadmap, estimate tasks, manage timelines, and track project progress. - Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project delivery within budget and on time. - Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years of experience in leading and managing development teams (In-House and Vendors). - Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse Analytics. - Experience with data security best practices and performance optimization techniques for databases.
