We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead the development and execution of automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects and platforms (web, API, mobile).
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand business requirements and ensure full test coverage.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers on test automation best practices.
• Identify test data requirements and create/manage test data accordingly.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and contribute to defect prevention strategies.
• Stay current with evolving tools, industry trends, and technologies in automation testing.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficient in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress for UI automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Expertise in version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
