Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Social Media Executive who is experienced in managing social media platforms and running paid advertisement campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed in digital marketing trends.

Preferably looking for female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Monitor trends and implement new strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Develop strategies to increase conversions and leads through paid ads.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media and ad campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and advertising policies.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the content and design team to create compelling visuals and ad creatives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor analysis to refine strategies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing social media platforms and running paid ads.

· Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.

· Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and retargeting strategies.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

· Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO & content marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing & collaborations.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
