Sr. Service Engineer

You will be responsible for executing front-line maintenance services for PSA customers according to the PM schedule. Your duties will include responding to breakdown complaints within the agreed TAT, maintaining a high NPS score of over 70 for your region, and being prepared to travel to outstations when necessary. You should be willing to work flexible hours to handle critical breakdown calls and ensure equipment uptime while targeting energy efficiency. Additionally, you will need to provide technical solutions for system upgrades, generate the LNM pipeline to meet revenue targets, and collaborate with sales representatives to convert opportunities into closed deals. It is essential to deliver margins for LNM and PSA contracts, stay updated on HVAC technology advancements such as digitization, and prioritize EHS compliance at all service delivery sites. You must aim to resolve all complaints within the agreed TAT, manage AR collection as per terms and conditions, and be proficient in using CRM/ServiceMax for reporting purposes. Knowledge of energy auditing, performance testing of chillers, plant rooms, and air distribution systems, as well as familiarity with energy conservation and sustainability practices, is required. Sales acumen is important for leading service operations in your region, and you should possess leadership qualities to guide your team effectively. Strong presentation skills are also necessary for conveying new upgrades to customers and offering proactive service advisories. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in chiller service execution. Certification from BEE, LEED, or IGBC would be an advantageous qualification.,
