Job Description

MINIMUM 7 TO 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

- Proven track record of assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results in a fast-paced online environment.

- Experience with Google's Keyword Tool.

- Administer search engine tools (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting and analysis.

- Partnering with teams outside of organic marketing, running paid campaigns, and educating multiple stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.

- Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses of marketing programs.

- Conducting SEO experiments using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and proving their effectiveness.

- Perform comprehensive keyword research — strong knowledge of search engine ranking criteria.

- We are looking for a seasoned SEO/AdWords expert capable of driving commercial success at scale.

- Ability to handle Google Ads and Display will be preferred.

- Quantitative mind, numbers-oriented.

- Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, flair for numbers, and strong data crunching ability.

- You will have a vision of what the business needs to succeed.

- Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics is a must.

- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance.

- Evidence of influencing and challenging key stakeholders to implement SEO.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using SEO software and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with developers and implement technical SEO optimizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
