Sr. SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engine visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend site improvements.
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Manage a team of junior SEO executives (if applicable) and provide guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven SEO experience with successful track record.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and technical SEO concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Knowledge of content marketing and social media integration with SEO.
• Understanding of paid search (PPC) and overall digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of schema markup and structured data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
