Job Description

As a Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for increasing sales volumes and achieving or overachieving sales targets on your assigned territory in alignment with our PKI strategy. Your main duties will include selling our products or services directly to end-users, providing quality service to both internal and external customers, and developing a territory coverage plan with your designated team. It is essential to review your sales performance regularly, attend team meetings to share best practices, and strive to meet or exceed your assigned sales quotas. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in consultative sales and promotion of products within your customer segments, focus on market development activities such as maintaining key accounts and regional reference sites, and gather market feedback on products, competition, and market conditions. Succession planning, communication with team members, and generating ideas to contribute to the territory's mission and profitability are also key aspects of this role. Basic Qualifications: - Education: Any graduate/postgraduate, preferably in Science - Required work experience: 8+ years related to the position Competency Required: 1. Financial Acumen: - Accurate forecasting capability - Developing a strong, realistic sales pipeline - Supporting business development deals - Leading an indirect spend initiative 2. Market Focus: - Deep market knowledge in specific areas - Strong PKI product/application knowledge - Assisting in competitive analysis & strategies - Building strong customer relationships 3. Business Planning: - Presenting plans/results to BE Leadership - Providing accurate sales forecasts - Managing key projects effectively - Executing projects for sales function - Working on sales force effectiveness projects Preferred Characteristics: - Strong closing skills, with prior attendance at formal sales training courses being a plus - Organizational skills for proper territory planning and management - Working knowledge of healthcare and environmental market segments within the assigned territory - Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales positions - Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to learn and retain product-specific information - Proficiency in word processing applications, Excel spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting - Hardworking, persistent, and dependable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career in sales where you can utilize your skills to drive business growth and achieve success, we encourage you to apply for this position.,
