Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Sourcing Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source new sales opportunities, managing a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends, and building strong client relationships. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, conducting market research, and identifying potential clients. Additionally, the Senior Sales Sourcing Manager will be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, including team leadership and strategy development
• Strong skills in Market Research and Business Development
