Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Telesales Agent located in Mumbai. The Senior Travel Telesales Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales by promoting travel packages, and providing customer support. The agent will also be responsible for training junior telesales agents, maintaining records of customer interactions, processing bookings, and achieving sales targets.
