Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.

o Develop your area sales strategy

o Execute the strategy for sales conversion

· Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

o Team huddle

o Celebrate wins

o Track sales plan execution to see what’s working and what is not

o Replicate success and be quick to make corrections on the move to ensure you don’t lose the deal.

o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion

o Look for opportunities to expand your territory

o Collaborate with marketing team for local promotional activities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and builders in the designated area.

o Build a strong Network in your area of upcoming builders and their projects

o Make presentations in Builder forums, Architects consortium, Interior designer etc

· Monitor and report on showroom performance metrics to the General Manager Sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Metrics:

· Sales Targets:

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Conversion Rate:

- Monitor and improve the conversion rate of lead generation to closed deals.

· Customer Satisfaction:

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through feedback and surveys.

- Analyze the data and look for area for improvement.

· Team Productivity:

- Evaluate and improve the individual and team productivity against set KPIs.

· Customer Retention

- Build a solid customer retention strategy for your area.

- Meet your customer retention target at 90%

· Customer Referrals

- Actively engage with customers for referral programs

· Expand your area

- Work with management proactively to expand your area of business

- Look for growth opportunities to expand.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Strong understanding of the wooden floor market and also ancillary markets.

· Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

· Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends for improvement.

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
