Sr. Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager – Mineral Water Plant Industry Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of the mineral water plant industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and market segments within the mineral water plant industry. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our mineral water plant products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications & Requirements: Product Knowledge: Negotiation & Closing Deals: Collaboration: Reporting: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the mineral water plant or related industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mineral water plant operations, products, and market dynamics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Gujarati.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the region as required.
