Senior Sales Executive – Patient Conversion

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Join a dynamic healthcare diagnostics/clinic network focused on converting patient inquiries into appointments, subscriptions, or treatment plans. You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue by engaging prospects at outpatient clinics, wellness centres, apartment complexes, and community events across Jayanagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, approach, and convert leads into scheduled patient appointments or subscriptions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain ongoing relationships with walk‑in patients, referral partners, and community influencers to drive repeat business.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person/product demos at health camps, apartment events, or clinic sessions to showcase diagnostic or healthcare services.
• CRM Updates & Reporting: Log all lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM; prepare weekly performance updates.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit weekly/monthly OKRs for patient conversion and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in healthcare sales, diagnostics, insurance, or hospital‑related field
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate and close leads, excellent communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Awareness: Understanding of local healthcare ecosystem — clinics, diagnostics, apartment communities in Bangalore.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office tools, and mobile apps for territory and lead management. Indeed
• Self-Motivated: Driven, target-oriented, capable of working independently and managing your territory efficiently on the field.
• Driver’s License: Preferable, for easy commuting across Jayanagar and nearby areas.

Desired Attributes

• Experience working with patient‑facing sales or healthcare insurance is a plus.
• Ability to host and represent at community healthcare events, health camps, or seminars.
• Knowledge of local languages (Kannada/Hindi) alongside English fluency can enhance relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,367.49 - ₹44,328.12 per month
